Camik McNeill serves as the Operations Manager for Thriving On Purpose PLLC, bringing more than 19 years of professional experience in operations, project management, contract administration, quality assurance, process improvement, and organizational coordination.

With a strong background in managing complex processes and collaborating across diverse teams, Camik provides strategic and operational support to ensure the organization functions efficiently, effectively, and with a strong commitment to quality. Her experience includes developing and improving processes, managing reporting and documentation, coordinating projects, supporting compliance efforts, facilitating training, and identifying opportunities to improve organizational performance.

Camik is passionate about creating systems that allow professionals to focus on what they do best while ensuring clients receive a consistent, organized, and high-quality experience. Her leadership approach is grounded in accountability, collaboration, attention to detail, and continuous improvement.

In addition to her corporate leadership experience, Camik is the Founder and CEO of Free2Fly, Inc., where she leads initiatives focused on empowering young women and creating opportunities for personal growth and development. Her community leadership experience has strengthened her ability to build relationships, coordinate teams, manage resources, and turn vision into actionable results.

Camik holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Public Relations from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She brings a unique combination of strategic thinking, operational expertise, leadership, and a genuine passion for helping organizations grow and thrive.
